Our payroll system cover calculation for salary, loan, bonus, medical, incentive, deduction, overtime and tax  administration. Our application provides reporting features and also customized calculation formula which can be easily applied refer to Indonesian regulation.

2. Employee Career Path Management (ECPM)

ECPM manage employee short term and long term career path, regarding which training, education degree, seminar which they have to take to achieve the goal of their career. ECPM also help HR Departement to monitor each individual in the company and help them to achieve their goal.

3. ELearning Management System (EMS)

EMS manage training accross the company. Employee can view which training available to them and register. Managers get notification about the training their staff undertake and monitor their result. Employee do their pre training and post training test directly in the web, this way, trainer and HR can get the test result immediately and incorporate the result in Employee Performance Appraisal System.

4. Employee Performance Appraisal System (EPAS)

EPAS cover eform appraisal for employee. Managers can put their staff annual appraisal directly from web. Employee result from training, seminar, education, appraisal then can be accumulated by HR Departement into a complete evalution of the employee.

Sales Planning and  Inventory System (SPIS)

Sales Planning and Inventory System is a complete web based solution which comprise of:

1. Inventory Module

Inventory Module maintain and monitor warehouse stock. On this module, warehouse stock can be allocate/assign to a certain sales person and can also maintain stock transfer between sales.

2. Sales Forecast Module (SFM)

SFM cover sales funnel & forecast, purchasing proses and approval, product placement, shipment monitoring, and integrate with Inventory Module.

3. Sales Module

Sales Module maintain and monitor number of sales by salesperson, stock validation, sales approval, and invoicing proses and status from each sales.
